Wet 'n' Wild Dry Fast Nail Color in Party of Five Glitters over American Apparel's Passport Blue.

This drugstore polish is said to be a dupe of Deborah Lippmann's Happy Birthday. The WnW one has chunky glitters of slightly varying size in silver, green, red, & pink, whereas the DL one has chunky glitters of noticeably varying sizes in silver, gold, red, green, and blue. I think that it's a similar polish, but I wouldn't say that it's a 100% dupe. But still, Party of Five Glitters is a very fun glitter polish & I liked it alot more than I expected I would :)

In my opinion, this glitter polish looks best over a black or a really dark blue/green/purple that almost looks black.
