basecoat, 2 coats of OPI "What's with the Cattitude?", 1 coat of Sally Hansen "Ice Queen", topcoat
A friend had an Alice-in-Wonderland themed birthday so I decided to paint my nails with this creme finish light blue color since it reminded me of Alice's dress. Topped it off with Ice Queen for added sparkle :)
P.S. Excuse the tip-wear, I took these pictures a day after they were painted.
